The project aimed to mitigate the risk of future debris flows and protect the village from similar natural hazards. Our team conducted a thorough analysis of the torrent beds and assessed the specific conditions that contributed to the debris flow event. Based on these findings, we designed a plan for the restoration of the torrent beds, as well as the construction of barriers to divert and contain any potential future debris flows.

The remediation measures were intended to minimize the impact of future debris flows and protect the local residents and infrastructure from potential damage.
